A chinese spy who crossed over into Russia and was captured. He was imprisoned, when he was released, they tattooed his leg so he could not return to China. He became a spy for the Russians, reporting on other chinese agent, smuggling or anything criminal under soviet times. One day his handlers stopped contacting him, becoming an unemployed spy. He now smuggles goods and people across the two borders. Many people use the trains to transport suspected goods to Moscow and the rest of Russia.
